Why 16GB matters here
At 4K and with high-resolution texture packs, games use far more video memory. The 16GB on this card leaves room that the 12GB RTX 5070 does not.
Power
NVIDIA rates it at 300W and recommends a 750W power supply. Most cards on this page use the 12V-2x6 connector; check the listing and make sure the cable is fully seated.
Case space
